My installer Cody was awesome because he was down to earth and worked around my chaos which involved many kittens which were right in his way. He smiled and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. He worked quickly and he did a great job. He was thorough, making sure everything worked but when he realized I didn’t need a tutorial, he simply left the needed information for me to refer to later. I feel much more favorable towards Hughes Net because of this experience.
